I am not happy when I need to replace my windshield, but I am always happy to visit this place. The young man at the counter is very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about life. His charm made me smile all day. Wish more people would embrace life like he does. My car was fixed quickly and correctly. The oil change sticker was taken off the old windshield and put on the new. This shop is very professional and thorough, getting it right each time. This is the third vehicle I have had repaired at this shop and I highly recommend using their services.

I inquired about a windshield replacement, they got me in ASAP, and when I showed up everyone was kind, polite and very helpful, impressive considering I had a serious headache and may have been a bit crabby. With that said, when I picked the car up it looks perfect - I highly recommend MS Glass, the owner Mike is gracious and helpful, and they do an excellent job.

They have competitive prices and great customer service. I thought the new windshield had a stress fracture few days after install, so I took it back. They checked and after a throughout cleaning with glass cleaner it ended up being just a spider web or something.

The service was great, and the price too. We had emergency repair after the car was vadelized in Portland the night before. We were in a long trip at the time. The repair time was expedited so we can continue with our trip.

Reneé at the front desk was very welcoming, profession, and updated me on time about my vehicle. She also emailed me back about my online quote the same day! All the staff, including the technician that helped me, were polite, straight forward, and told me about the pricing before I agreed. The pre-installment inspection was quick, simple, and informative. I was expecting a much longer wait time but it was done in an hour. End product is quality and everything I was expecting and more at a price tag cheaper than any of the other businesses I submitted quotes for. Absolutely recommend!

My window got smashed on a trip to Seattle. The next day I get onto Google looking for a same day glass replacement. I came across MS Auto Glass, I decided to give them a chance.

I was very happy with my decision. From the moment I put an inquiry for a quote I immediately was texted/called to get more information about my window. I was on the phone with Mark who immediately told me he could get the replacement in the shop the same day and replace the window all within a 4 hour period from the moment I hung up.

I was amazed at the building it was very easy to find and very nice. The staff at the front counter were very nice and quick to get me in and through paperwork. I waited for about an hour before my window was replaced. Mark came out to let me know it was done and we parted ways.

Truly a great place if you’re in need of a window replacement. I usually never do reviews but I was honestly impressed from the moment I was on the phone with Mark to the last minute I walked out the door. Will definitely be using them in the future for any window replacements. 10/10 if you’re reading this just call. You won’t regret it.

I want to just say how amazing this company was! I had my windshield busted early Friday morning! And by 8:45 am I had spoken with Sue who made this process so easy! We spoke on the phone for 20 minutes and she was able to get me scheduled, have my insurance handled and all I had to do was show up! Process was about 90minutes! Got me in at 11:45 and out by 1:15pm!! They were amazing!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at MS Glass Outlet! From the moment I called, they were accommodating and accepted me immediately as a walk-in. On my very first visit, the service in-charge (Mike) welcomed me and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to fix and how they would improve the condition of my vehicle.

The office staffs are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and fun to talk to. You really feel taken care of here; they make sure you are comfortable and never feel ignored.

The pricing was very competitive and reasonable. They offered their best deal upfront, so I didn't even need to worry about bargaining.

While I hope I don't have vehicle damage in the future, if I do, I will definitely come back here. A huge thank you to Marlena, Sue, and Mike for handling the entire process so perfectly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! ❤️

This was my first visit here. The company I usually deal with did not have the windshield glass I needed for my 1978 jeep CJ5. I called MS Glass and not only did they have the glass, they installed it on the same day I called. This was on a Friday. I was met with friendly smiles from the staff and excellent service. They explained everything they were going to do, showed me the glass and made sure everything was correct before I left. For me, this is what makes a great business. I will be doing my business here first from now on.
